Can I return an order?
We only accept returns if the product is in some way defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you have ordered a ring or apparel in the incorrect size, please get in contact as we will offer store credit for you to be able to exchange - return postage is at customers cost. We please ask that you make sure you are ordering the correct size upon purchasing. Product returned must be in perfect condition and will be inspected before store credit is issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the next steps. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
