Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. A minimum spend is required to be met to be able to complete your purchase which is also subject to change without notice. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped according to our shipping policies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion or make amendments to your order due to availability of stock.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders promptly and efficiently. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping partner for both domestic and international shipping. We do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders.
Back Orders
If Viking Mode does not have the required quantity of stock available for purchase, please contact us at hello@vikingmode.com.au where we can provide estimated restock lead times and notify you when the item becomes available again. Due to the complexities of international shipping, importing, and exporting, all timelines provided for restocking and availability are estimates only. Please note that we do not accept back orders for items.
