Viking Mode reserves the right to refuse wholesale account approval at its discretion.

Some products in the Viking Mode range are crafted from a combination of animal and biomaterials. Due to the nature of these materials, each item may exhibit slight variations, markings, sizing, and colour differences compared to the ones depicted in the images. Please note that these variations are inherent and contribute to the distinct uniqueness of each product.
4. Pricing and Payment: Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. A minimum spend is required to be met to be able to complete your purchase which is also subject to change without notice. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely.
5. Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it will be processed and shipped according to our shipping policies. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion or make amendments to your order due to availability of stock.
6. Back Orders: If Viking Mode does not have the required quantity of stock available for purchase, please contact us at hello@vikingmode.com.au where we can provide estimated restock lead times and notify you when the item becomes available again. Due to the complexities of international shipping, importing, and exporting, all timelines provided for restocking and availability are estimates only. Please note that we do not accept back orders for items.
7. Shipping and Delivery: We aim to deliver orders promptly and efficiently. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping partner for both domestic and international shipping. We do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders.
8. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days after receiving the stock. Refunds are issued for damaged goods or incorrect orders on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns for change of mind. All items must be received unopened and unused and will be inspected on return before a refund is issued.
