HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

FREE SHIPPING

Viking Mode offers free shipping for orders over $249 within Australia, however, some items are excluded from this offer. We indicate on the product page the description of said products if they are not included. The Free shipping target bar will still indicate you have hit free shipping when these items are added to your cart, however, the shipping charge will appear in the checkout if it is an excluded item.

Free Shipping excludes Wholesale customers.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

*Please be advised, Australia Post can experience delays, if your order is overdue to have arrived please get in touch and we will launch an enquiry into the whereabouts of your parcel, we, however, can not replace or refund your parcel until we have an outcome of the enquiry from Aus Post. This is due to the chances that your parcel is still on its way being very high. We appreciate your patience and understanding.*

Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfilment of your order by Viking Mode and please check here for the most up-to-date delivery times for your corresponding delivery choice by Australia Post. 

If you have ordered a product on Pre-Order the Aus Post delivery time applies to when the stock has arrived and orders have been fulfilled.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

You are welcome to collect your order from the Viking Mode head office in Collingwood, Victoria - just select Local Pickup at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to fulfil your order. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to collect. If you have changed your mind and wish to have your order shipped instead, please reach out to hello@vikingmode.com.au with your order number and postal address.

Collections are available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday
